Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Ajere GR1 Natural
Small producers in the area bring their coffee to the Ajere mill, where it is then processed. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 2000m and in the shade. The harvest takes place manually from mid-October to the end of January. Drying on raised African beds lasts between 15 and 21 days.
