Unsere historische Mischung ist unsere Geschichte, unsere Identität. Er besteht ausschließlich aus Arabica-Kaffees von den kleinsten und höchsten ausgewählten Plantagen in Mittel- und Südamerika, Afrika und Asien, die mit einem natürlichen und gewaschenen Verfahren verarbeitet werden. Die Röstung ist mittel und das Verkostungsergebnis süß und aromatisch mit Noten von Kakao, Mandel, Rum und Kirsche.
Highest quality organic coffee from Central America. The origins used grow in Mexico in the Chiapas Jaltenango area at an altitude of 1600meters above sea level. Coffee grown in total respect and harmony with Nature without the use of pesticides thanks to natural cultivation. A product attentive to the fertility of the land and the development of local communities (through fair trade). In the cup, the result of this medium roast coffee is sweet, intense, fragrant with a light and balanced acidity. Choosing organic coffee means making an ethical, healthy and eco-sustainable choice, values to which ou roastery has always paid close attention and respect.
