Data provided by you to CAFFE Giovannacci on the website www.giovannaccicaffe.it upon registration and for the use of services provided by CAFFE' Giovannacci will be treated in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 on the protection of personal data ("Codice della Privacy"). Under Article 13 of the Privacy Code, CAFFE GIOVANNACCI informs you of the following:

1. DATA PROCESSING

2. NATURE OF DATA AND PROCESSING

User data is collected and used only for purposes directly connected to the activites and operation of services provided by CAFFE Giovannacci, to fulfill obligations required by law, regulation or European legislation and for the exercise of their rights in court.

2.1. With the creation of a CAFFE 'Giovannacci account, you agree to receive, at the e-mail address provided at registration, communications and marketing information related to services from CAFFE Giovannacci. 3. COMPULSORY DATA

Data required upon activation of services, for the purposes referred to in section 2.1, is mandatory insofar as it is directly related to the provision of these services. Failure to provide data will make it impossible for CAFFE Giovannacci to complete the registration process and provide services.

.A refusal of consent for other purposes of section 2 does not affect provision of services.


4. REPORTING

Your personal information may be disclosed, to specific organisations, decided by the Owner of the provision of services, who require the data in order to perform obligations related to the registration site at www.caffegiovannacci.it and online purchases, within the limits and in accordance with the instructions given.

In particular, the data may be disclosed to:

4.1. people, companies or organisations, who carry out assistance, advice or collaboration with CAFFE 'Giovannacci in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters;

4.2. those delegated and / or engaged by CAFFE Giovannacci to carry out activities or part of activities related to the provision of marketing services, such as customer service, even if outsourced; the logistics centre in charge of packaging of products purchased by the user; carriers in charge of delivery of products; those who provide on behalf of the owner of the business after-sales support and any other external collaborator with whom communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the obligations assumed by CAFFE Giovannacci in relation to the contract for the provision of its services;

4.3. to Public Administrations for the performance of official duties within the limits established by law or regulation.

Users' data is not subject to disclosure.


5. METHOD OF TREATMENT

The data is collected via computer and processed by recording operations, consultation, communication, storage, deletion, made mostly with electronic instruments, ensuring appropriate measures for the security of data processed and ensuring confidentiality.

User data stored in electronic form, are preserved and stored on a server owned by GoDaddy.it. The Holder declares that the data recorded on the server are protected against the risk of intrusion and unauthorised access, and have also adopted security measures to ensure the integrity and availability of data and the protection of areas and premises relevant to its storage and accessibility.

Personal data will be processed by employees and / or employees of the Owner as managers or processors, within their respective functions and in accordance with instructions given by the Holder.

CAFFE' Giovannacci ensures the highest level of safety in the management of user data. The data related to credit card details are stored only in encrypted form and according to the safety requirements of the PCI certification. SP does not have access to confidential information related to credit cards, which will be handled by intermediaries and issuers of cards in compliance with the Privacy Code.


6. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

According to Article 7 of the Privacy Code, the user has the right to, at any time, confirmation of the data concerning him and the purposes for which they are used, as well as the right to request the updating or rectification, erasure or blocking of data, and to object, in whole or in part, to their treatment.

To exercise the rights set out above, as well as to receive information regarding the subjects from which the data is stored or to whom the data are disclosed, or on those who, as managers or assistants, may become aware of your data, the user can contact the owner.

Article. 7. Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 provides:

6.1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning yourself, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

6.4. You have the legitimate right to refuse access to your data being used, in whole or in part:
