Huehuetenango is perhaps the most renowned coffee region of Guatemala located on the highest mountain range in Central America. Small plantations in which farmers harvest the ripe cherries by hand and then process them with the subsequent fermentation of the washed method. We decided to include this incredible DECAFFEINATED coffee in the "Special Selection" because through decaffeination with dichloromethane its organoleptic characteristics remain almost unchanged and so you can enjoy a light roasted coffee without taking caffeine. In the cup this coffee brings notes of cooked fruit with notes of plum, high sweetness and malic acidity.
