This is 80 per cent Arabica coffee from Central and South America and the Caribbean, and 20 per cent Canephora coffee from India.This produces a subtle, intense blend. The addition of superior Robusta beans produces more body, without affecting the excellent aromatic base.

Blend of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta coffees from Central and South America and Asia, processed with a natural and washed method. The roasting is medium and the tasting result is balanced as the presence of a minimum percentage of Robusta (washed) brings a good body in the cup which together with the precious aromas of Arabica give life to an intense and sweet drink, with notes of dried fruit, chocolate and amaretto.
Our historical blend is our history, our identity. It consists of only Arabica coffees from the smallest and tallest selected plantations in Central and South America, Africa and Asia, processed with a natural and washed method. The roasting is medium and the tasting result is sweet and aromatic with notes of cocoa, almond, rum and cherry.
