Giovannaccicaffe.it is our e-commerce site dedicated to the sale of our goods which allows you to order coffee online.
All orders are governed by laws on distance contracts (art. 50 e ss. Legislative Decreto legislativo n. 206/2005) and sales of consumer goods (art. 128 et ss. Legislative Decreto legislativo n. 206 / 2005).
2. ORDERS AND PROCESSING
2.1 ONLINE ORDERS
Your order can be made electronically, by filling out the required details.
You can contact our customer service by email at info@giovannaccicaffe.it and also get an update on the status of your delivery.
If payment is made by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer, your order will be processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, except holidays. It will be delivered by the courier, GLS, in the next 48 hours, also Monday to Friday, except holidays. Confirmation of the order will be made by email.
We can deliver to any address in Italy, its islands and Europe (except Switzerland), which are accessible by road.
Giovannacci Caffè reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, detected inconsistencies in data collection, etc.
Delivery in Italy costs €6 for orders of less than €95. Delivery is free within Italy for orders of €95 or more.
Delivery elswehere in mainland Europe costs €10 for orders of less than €95. Delivery is free in mainland Europe for orders of €95 or more.
Please note that we cannot deliver to Switzerland
Products are delivered within 24 hours in Italy, and 72 to 96 hours elsewhere in Europe, from the time of shipment. Orders to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria take 48 hours.
Our courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. If there is no-one available to receive the delivery, GLS will leave a notification. If a second delivery is also unsuccessful, GLS will contact Giovannacci Caffè to say that the package has been returned to a GLS depot. Giovannacci Caffè will contact you to arrange a third delivery.
If you want to send a gift via Giovannaccicaffe.it, you can request the package to be delivered to your recipient at a workplace or home.
It is also possible to use a "gift card" for a last-minute gift. You can choose the value of the gift card and it is sent as a voucher by email.The receipient will receive the gift email immediately after you make the order online.
2.2 PAYMENT BY BANKTRANSFER
Orders by bank transfer will be shipped when the money clears into the Giovannacci Caffe account, usually two to three working days. The item will be shipped within 24 hours of the account being credited.
Order confirmation will be sent within four working days of payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact Giovannacci Caffè by e-mail at info@giovannaccicaffe.it
Orders not paid within three days will automatically be cancelled.
Giovannacci Caffè reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, detected inconsistencies in data collection, etc.
3. NOTIFICATION
Giovannacci Caffè will notify you by e-mail that your order has been accepted and enclose tax documents. All sales of Coffee Giovannacci are subject to VAT.
4. GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS
Giovannacci Caffè is responsible for ensuring the good which are delivered meet the description on the website.
Giovannacci Caffè will replace items that do not conform to their descriptions after a thorough explanation of the differences accompanied by photos is sent to info@giovannaccicaffe.it.Any replacement will be made as quickly as possible.
5. STOCK
Our website accepts orders unless the merchandise is out of stock.
If the product is temporarily out of stock, the customer can proceed with the order by accepting a later delivery time.
