Indonesia Sumatra Queen Ketiara Aceh Tengah GR1 Wet Hulled
Harvested from June to October, this single varietal "Gayo" coffee grows at 1600m in very humid land, which is why it is processed with the Wet Hulled method which involves drying the coffee with the bean directly in contact with the air without parchment. The producer is Kopepi Ketiara who has always taken care of his plantation where he does not use fertilizers and chemical fertilizers so as to be organic.
Unique Asian coffee of its kind that brings great body and aromatic intensity to the cup with an aroma of plum and cherries and a flavor of candied citrus fruits and maple syrup.
