Brazil Chapada de Minas Fazenda Alvorada Microlot

Fazenda Alvorada under the leadership of Raquel Meirelles is located in the Chapada de Minas area, 233 hectares at 1100 meters above sea level which employs 12 full-time workers and 15 seasonal workers. The Fazenda plays an important role within the Instituto do café da Chapada de Minas, an association that emphasizes the production of excellent specialty coffees in the region.

Strictly hand-harvested coffee that follows a 96h anaerobic fermentation. The drying takes place on African beds for 30 days, creating a distinctive aromatic profile.
