Finca Las Flores is located in the southern part of Huila, a region known for its fertile volcanic soil, areas of rich biodiversity, and the cultural heritage of the indigenous Andaquí people. The farm is specifically situated in Acevedo, a municipality with a temperate climate (17–25°C), nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Andean mountain range, and proudly recognized as the "Specialty Coffee Capital of Colombia." Since 2013, the coffee produced here has earned the prestigious "Denomination of Origin," becoming a major source of pride and livelihood for the local community.

The long and successful history of Finca Las Flores began in the 1990s and continues today thanks to the innovative ideas and meticulous work of the Vergara family. In 2013, they began transforming the entire production process: Jhoan Vergara introduced new varietals alongside the traditional Castillo and Catimor, and implemented innovative sustainable agriculture practices to enhance cup quality. Today, Finca Las Flores is internationally recognized for its pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement at every stage of production.
