Colombia Narino Las Perlitas
Combination of small lots in the Tablòn community of Gomez, Narino. Behind this group of growers there are small plantations all intent on producing high quality through constant experimentation. Plantations at high altitudes between 1800 and 2100 m.a.s.l.
This coffee ferments in the tank for between 24 and 48 hours and sometimes even 72 hours based on the needs of each plantation, mostly climatic needs. In this case this batch fermented for 72 hours and the drying time was 14 days.
