This coffee is grown in the Yirgacheffe area, Gedeb within the village Chelbesa at 2000m altitude. Local producers bring their crops together to take them to the nearby processing station managed by the SNAP Organization.

SNAP is responsible for collecting the various crops of small producers and processing them in the best possible way in its processing stations. In recent years its coffee lots have received important international awards.

This lot also has organic certification and is processed using a natural method.
