Mexico Montana Maya is a premium coffee grown in the fertile and volcanic lands of Chiapas, one of the most renowned areas of Mexico for the production of quality coffee. The altitude and microclimate of the region offer ideal conditions for developing beans with a rich and balanced aromatic profile.
This coffee is appreciated for the complexity of its bouquet: hints of chocolate, dried fruit and biscuit emerge on the nose, while delicate notes of caramelized nuts and cocoa stand out in the cup. The Water Process (WP) is a special technique developed in Mexico to decaffeinate coffee. This method is particularly appreciated by those who want to enjoy the flavor of coffee without taking caffeine. The WP stands out for the fact that it does not use chemicals: caffeine is removed exclusively through the use of water and a filtering system.
