The Water Process (WP) is a special technique developed in Mexico to decaffeinate coffee. This method is particularly appreciated by those who want to enjoy the flavor of coffee without taking caffeine. The WP stands out for the fact that it does not use chemicals: caffeine is removed exclusively through the use of water and a filtering system.

Il decaffeinato che non sembra decaffeinato
Il Mexico Montana Maya è un decaffeinato che sorprende per la sua armonia e per la pienezza del corpo, qualità tutt’altro che scontate in questa categoria!
Ha un profilo aromatico vellutato e rotondo, con note di cioccolato, nocciola e biscotto che si intrecciano con note più delicate di caramello e frutta secca leggermente tostata.
La decaffeinizzazione naturale ad acqua preserva al meglio l’aroma e la piacevolezza del caffè, limitando le note eccessivamente amare e "bruciate" : un caffè che non fa rimpiangere la caffeina!
